WHAT KIND OF equipment DO I NEED?

Simpli Strong is programmed for commercial gym use with access to barbells, free weights, squat racks, and cable pulley systems. 

HOW MANY workouts ARE INCLUDED EVERY WEEK?

Three and four day per week program options are available.

HOW LONG ARE THE workouts?

50-60 min. We use a systematic approach to training so you get the most out of your time in the gym.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

Simpli Strong is a continuous strength training program that varies month to month. We start by building a foundation of strength in the fundamental lifts (squat, press, deadlift) and use various progressions with each new program.

CAN I CHANGE MY PROGRAM SPLIT AFTER I SIGN UP?

IS THIS A PROGRAM WITH REPS AND SETS OUTLINED OR JUST A LIST OF EXERCISES?

Simpli Strong is a structured strength training program with everything outlined for you. My job is to take the guessing out of your workouts so the only thing you need to do is open the app and crush it in the gym.

CAN YOU GET STRONGER AND LOSE FAT AT THE SAME TIME?

Absolutely. Strength training increases your total energy expenditure throughout the day, making it the most effective tool for sustainable fat loss.

WHICH PROGRAM IS BEST FOR FAT LOSS?

Both are great options as long as your nutrition is in correlation with your fat loss goals, but I personally prefer a full body split.

CAN YOU BUILD MUSCLE WITH SIMPLI STRONG?

Yes! Strength training is the best option for building dense, long-lasting muscle. The stronger you are, the more weight you can lift, leading to greater stress and eventually, greater muscle adaptation.

WHICH PROGRAM IS BEST FOR BUILDING MUSCLE?

If this is your first time following a strength program and/or you’re relatively new to lifting weights, both programs are great. If you have more experience lifting (at least 4-5 years), the four-day split is preferred given the higher amount of volume.

CAN I DO OTHER WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS WHILE FOLLOWING SIMPLI STRONG?

It’s best not to lift weights outside of the workouts programmed in Simpli Strong so you can recover. Remember this: you don’t get stronger from training, you get stronger by recovering from training.

CAN I DO CARDIO WHILE FOLLOWING SIMPLI STRONG?

Yes. If your goal is to lean out and get stronger, one to two low-impact cardio sessions per week is optional. Walking daily is always recommended and very underrated.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PROGRAM?

Within 24 hours of signing up, you’ll receive an email invitation to the True Coach app. This is where you’ll access the program. Your program will officially start the first Monday or Tuesday after you register (depending on the program you choose).

HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROGRAM?

Your program along with exercise videos are available in the True Coach app. You’ll be sent an invitation to the app within 24 hours of registering for Simpli Strong.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO A CERTAIN EXERCISE?

Every exercise in Simpli Strong includes a video demonstration and coaching instruction.
